Is Free actually usable, or is it a hobbled demo?
Three lessons a day genuinely lets you evaluate the daily loop. The cap exists so the AI tutor cost stays bounded on free accounts — not to force conversion. People have built habits on Free; some of them upgrade later.
What happens to the Lifetime tier after 500?
It is removed from the pricing page and never sold again. The cap is real — it protects long-term revenue and gives early supporters something genuinely scarce. We track and display the remaining count live.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No retention dark patterns, no exit surveys you can't skip.
Refund policy?
14-day refund on Pro purchases, no questions asked. Lifetime refunds within 30 days. After that, refunds only via chargeback (which we don't fight if you genuinely want one).
Do you offer student or annual-prepay discounts?
Annual prepay saves 17% (a Pro Monthly at $29 vs Pro Annual at $290 — two months free). Student discount: not yet — V2. If you teach a CS bootcamp and want bulk seats, email hello@interviewwolf.app.
Will the Pro price go up?
Probably. As content depth grows and AI compute costs lock in, Pro may move to $39. Lifetime customers and existing Pro subscribers are grandfathered at their current price forever.
